My husband was just reading some news on CNN online when he played this video with Anderson Cooper announcing the winner of CNN's Hero of the Year and it just made me cry when he announced Efren Penaflorida's name as the winner. I had been rooting for him to win this and yes, he really did! It feels so good when you know that another fellow filipino made such a great thing. I am so proud of what he had accomplished. From what he had done to the poor kids in the Philippines who, without him could've been involved to illegal things and had a terrible life. He is such an inspiration to so many people in the world who want to help out others especially the children since they are the hope of the future. Congratssss Efren!
