X-box 360's Dance Dance Revolution

Earlier today when I woke up, I turned the TV on and there's this infomercial all about staying fit. I thought I needed to check on my weight because I noticed that I am gaining some weight already probably from our vacation. You know when you're on vacation right? Sky's the limit, especially when it talks about food. Well, I did really eat a lot when we were in the Philippines and I just kept telling myself that time that I will make up to it when I get home because that's vacation and even if I gain some weight, it wouldn't be that bad because the vacation was only three weeks.

After watching that infomercial, I went to the bathroom and weighed myself on our scale. It wasn't bad. I only gained 4 pounds. It's not bad at all except that I have this weight limit of a hundred pounds so, I am now motivated to lose the extra 4 pounds and hopefully it won't take days or months or worse, gain another extra pounds instead.

So, I figured out a way to lose that extra pounds I gained by finally using our X-box 360's Dance Dance Revolution that my husband bought last year for me. I use it once in a while but never really used it on a daily basis which I should do if I wanna get my 100 pounds body weight back. The game is fun from the beginning to end and it really make you sweat a lot. There is also one feature there where you can set it on an exercise mode. You just input your vital stats before the music starts and once you're done doing the game, it shows how much calories you lose.

Pretty easy. If you just have to drag yourself into exercising, might as well do some stuffs that's fun and worth all the work. At least even if you don't lose that much weight, but the fact that you had fun is enough.
